2026/10/30 Wholesale Custom Printed Boxes for US and Canadian Brands

ZOHO Packaging · Taiwan · United States and Canada

A wholesale packaging order should give your brand a repeatable specification, a clear unit cost and a box that works in daily packing. ZOHO Packaging helps US and Canadian businesses source custom printed paper boxes, folding cartons, corrugated boxes and coordinated inserts through one Taiwan-based packaging partner.

Plan the retail box, the insert and the shipping carton together before you commit to a bulk order.

English enquiries welcome. Start with product size, quantity and delivery destination.

Branded packaging built for repeat orders

For a direct-to-consumer brand, importer or distributor, the first production run is only part of the job. The next order needs the same product fit, a controlled artwork version and a clear understanding of what changes when quantities increase or a new SKU is added.

We help turn a packaging idea into a specification that covers box structure, material, printing, finishing and component placement. That gives your purchasing team a more useful basis for comparing quotations than a photograph and a single price.

Match the packaging format to the sales channel

Tell us whether the packaging will go to a US or Canadian warehouse, a third-party fulfilment provider, or an assembly partner. Include any current receiving instructions from that organisation. The carton count and pack layout should be based on the actual receiving process.

How to compare bulk custom box quotations

Quantity matters, but so does the number of versions. An order of several artwork designs is not necessarily priced like the same total quantity of one design. Different sizes, materials or finishes may introduce additional setup and tooling requirements.

For a useful comparison, request the same specification at two or three realistic order quantities. For example, you can ask about 500, 1,000 and 3,000 units if those quantities fit your purchasing plan. These are comparison examples, not promised minimums or fixed production tiers.

  • Separate recurring box cost from one-time tooling and setup charges.
  • Identify how many printed artwork versions the quote covers.
  • Confirm which sample or proof is included.
  • Check the packing format and estimated shipment volume.
  • State whether freight, destination handling and import costs are included.

ZOHO Packaging focuses on practical cost choices: a more efficient structure, fewer unnecessary components, suitable printing and finishes, and a carton layout that fits the shipping plan. We assess the overall package rather than assuming the cheapest sheet of board is the best solution.

Manage artwork and product variations before production

Share your existing artwork or brand guidelines and identify the parts that must remain consistent across the range. A shared box structure with different printed designs can be worth assessing when products have similar dimensions. If the products differ substantially, forcing them into one box may add filler and complicate packing.

Confirm the final dieline, artwork revision, text placement, print colours and finishing areas before approval. If colour is critical, specify the proof or reference required. A screen preview alone should not be treated as an agreed physical colour result.

For Canadian product lines, provide the approved language versions and label content required for your sales channel. Artwork review and packaging manufacture do not replace the brand owner's review of product-specific labelling obligations.

Define protection with the actual contents

A printed folding carton is not automatically a parcel shipping box. Products may need an insert, a protective outer carton or both. Glass, coated surfaces, exposed connectors and moving parts create different design needs even when the products have similar dimensions.

We can review paper dividers, corrugated supports and foam options around the contents. If your retailer, fulfilment provider or product team requires a transport test, supply the test details at the enquiry stage. Performance should be evaluated for the complete packed product and its intended route.

Build a realistic purchasing schedule

Work backwards from the date your warehouse needs usable packaging. Allow for specification review, sample preparation, approval, production and transport. A new design and a repeat order may need different planning.

For delivery planning, include the city, state or province and ZIP or postal code. If you use your own freight forwarder, state the handover requirements. The quotation should make the delivery scope and responsibilities explicit, without assuming domestic US or Canadian stock availability.

Repeat orders become easier when the approved sample, artwork revision and packing instructions are retained. When requesting a reorder, identify what remains the same and what has changed, including product dimensions and shipment quantity.

Frequently asked questions

1. Do you manufacture packaging in the United States or Canada?

We are a Taiwan-based packaging manufacturer and integrator. This service supports US and Canadian buyers sourcing overseas. Production and delivery arrangements are stated in each quotation.

2. Which types of custom printed boxes can I enquire about?

Folding cartons, corrugated mailers, gift boxes, master cartons and coordinated inserts. Tell us the product and sales channel so we can assess the appropriate construction.

3. Is there one wholesale minimum for all boxes?

No. Minimum quantities depend on the design, material, printing and process. We assess the intended quantity and explain the available options.

4. Can I order several SKUs in one project?

Yes. Provide the quantity, dimensions and artwork version for each SKU. Shared structures can be assessed, while different designs may require separate setup or tooling.

5. Can I provide measurements in inches?

Yes. Label the unit clearly and distinguish product, internal and external dimensions. The final manufacturing dimensions and tolerances should be confirmed before sample approval.

6. Are tooling and printing plates included in the unit price?

That depends on the quotation. Ask for separate identification of tooling, plates, samples and production so you can compare first-order and repeat-order costs.

7. Can you match an existing box?

We can review photos, drawings or a physical sample and discuss an equivalent specification. Material, colour, dimensions and tolerances should be agreed rather than assumed from appearance.

8. Can you prepare bilingual packaging artwork for Canada?

We can discuss layout using the approved text and language versions you provide. The buyer should confirm the product-specific wording and requirements before final artwork approval.

9. Are these boxes automatically approved by a retailer or marketplace?

No. Supply the current packaging and receiving requirements for your programme. Any testing, labelling or approval requirement needs to be reviewed for the particular packed product.

10. How do I request wholesale pricing?

Send product size and weight, box style, quantity per SKU, printing and finishing requirements, delivery ZIP or postal code, and the date you need the packaging.
